Logistics Coordinator, US Distribution

We hope that you will share this mission with us. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator, US Distribution to help coordinate the timely and accurate shipments in the US. You will monitor the shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity and LSP accuracy. You will identify and fix shipping errors as per GDP regulations, manage inventory in D365, and be the first responder for temperature excursion.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate timely and accurate shipments. Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity and LSP accuracy. Identify and fix shipping errors. First responder for temperature excursion hotline. - respond to reports, investigate, conclude, communicate/coordinate with LSP, record and report. Manage inventory in D365. Invoicing D365 Shipping/Distribution/Warehouse coordinating/management US external BN Warehouse coordinating/management Support/Manage sample shipments. Participate in cross-functional projects and support project shipments Ensure distribution set-up for new product launches Reporting and data support to Commercial team KPI PQC support to QA Maintain accurate and consistent records. Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. Skills & Requirements Degree in business administration Logistics or related field preferred. Broad and profound experience within SCM hands-on within Shipping, Distribution, and GDP Regulations. Solid EDI and Serialization experience is an advantage. Salary Range - $95k - $130kLocation:
