Associate Director, Head of US Distribution & Customer ServiceWe are looking for an Associate Director, Head of US Distribution & Customer Service to help manage the distribution and customer service team in the US. You will manage the US yearly budget, state level licenses for distribution, and be the business liaison with the distribution centre.Your Responsibilities Managing Distribution and Customer Service team in US Responsible for managing US yearly budget. Managing State Level licenses for distribution Business liaison with distribution centre. Inventory allocation management when limited inventory. Recall activities. Distribution Complaints. Standard Operation Procedure oversight US Order to Cash Management. Return/Replacement Policy Management Commercial Support Support Project Management Manage 3 US Based supply resources. Skills & Requirements Skills in customer relations Talent management Time management Team building Problem solving with the ability to adapt to change quickly. Salary Range - $160k - $220kLocation:
